Finding the Missing Links

There are just a few key "Missing Links" that hold a company back

Our mission is to help our clients unlock their growth and performance potential by finding the links missing in their business improvement initiatives (like lean, six sigma, outsourcing, supply chain, and ERP information systems) to close the gap. Most of these improvement initiatives fall significantly short of performance improvement expectations. A common set-of-problems seem to cause less-than-desired performance; attributable to an internal process or support system that’s inadequate for the business strategy and tactics at hand.

The first challenge is to identify these Missing Links and put them in context with the overall business performance improvement campaign. That’s done with several assessment methods that ascertain the health of the various elements in the Business Processes Model (below).
The second challenge is to provide a structured process for creating an environment where people can do their best work. If that happens customers and other key stakeholders in the business will be satisfied. This begins with the Business Processes Model focused on the few critical core processes and the business-specific support systems. And it continues with the CI Process Model (below) to make continuous improvement part of the day-to-day business culture.
